Well of those places have two things in common, and that is that they both have bars and stores. So I would definitely hit those. You can never go wrong with drinking and shopping :)

Buy some rick steves books or download his free app for iPhone or Android. He is well-known for his European travel books. I'm reading his Paris and Prague books right now.
