I need to get from Rome Airport to the city of Ravello?

On sept 19th around 9:00 pm I will be in the Rome airport (FCO) and need to get to Ravello in the Amalfi coast that night. The Euro train has a last train at 9:50 and that might be cutting it close. Trains? Shuttles? Cheap drivers? Any suggestions?I need to get from Rome Airport to the city of Ravello?
you should fly into naples/napoli airport because it's the closest airport to ravello then get a driver from there. there must be a convenient flight you can catch from the rome airport. it would be a short flight ....maybe you could get a room in naples overnight %26amp; get to ravello the next morning...it would definitely make it easier on yourself then rushing around all night....
It looks complicated to me.

I just checked on

trenitalia.com

and you can take a train from Roma Termini to Napoli Centrale 9.45 pm to 11.12 pm, then since it's so late you'd better just get a taxi, but don't expect cheap.

Or, you can take the train from Roma Termini at 11.10 pm to Salerno 2.15 a.m. then a taxi from there.

From the airport to Roma Termini, it can get complicated too.

You'll have to take a regional train from the airport to Termini, a 35 minute ride. Check out this link for the schedules just after 9.00 pm. It looks like trains leave the airport at 5 after and 35 after each hour, and the trip takes 31 minutes to Termini, if you're lucky.

Good Luck!I need to get from Rome Airport to the city of Ravello?
you need to stay overnight in Rome. Take the train to Naples, change to the local train - Circumvesiuves (could be wrong spelling) - to Sorrento, take the Sita bus to Almalfi, change to another Sita bus to go up the hill to Ravello. Circumvesiuves is cheap, should be around 10 euro from Naples to Sorrento and runs every 20 min. Sita bus is also very cheap, 4.6 euro for a whole day pass and the Almalfi coast is stunning. You will enjoy the ride. It's voted as the 2nd most beautiful coast in the world, but you have to sit on the coast side, i.e. the right hand side of the bus so you'll get a better view of the coast. Make sure you bring extra battery for you digital camera as there are so many beautiful scenery that worth the shot. have fun and enjoy the trip!
