You can stay in any town along the Amalfi Coast and it will be gorgeous! Amalfi and Positano are the better-known towns, but expensive. Try one of the smaller towns for a fraction of the cost - Praiano, Maiori, or Minori. Definitely use the bus which runs along the coast road - so you can enjoy the fabulous views. Make sure you sit on the side of the bus closest to the water!

Visit the Coast ony by bus ( SITA ) and never by car.
