Hawaii or Caribbean? Need help deciding which one to take for a fall vacation!!?

Which is the better "beach vacation"? We are thinking about going to the Grand Wailea at Mauii, Atlantis in the Bahamas, or the Virgin Islands. We want super clear water, surfing, and snorkling. Anyone been to either of these? ThanksHawaii or Caribbean? Need help deciding which one to take for a fall vacation!!?
Of all of them the best beach vacation is Caneel Bay Resort in St John's for snorkeling and clear water. The rest of the Virgin Islands are not that great.



Atlantis is the best for entertainment with its casino and pool with slide but it's pretty crowded. The beach there is not that interesting though, but you can take boat trips to nicer beaches.



Hawaii is the best for a worry free vacation (crime, diseases, infrastructure, passports, friendly people). Look at the list of Hawaii's best beaches below and you'll see what they are like and also a picture of the beach at the Grand Wailea. Hawaii's beach are ok for snorkeling but not as good as the Virgin Islands. Only Hawaii has surfing. Hawaii's beaches don't have sand fleas! Keep that one in mind if you plan on sun bathing :-)
Honestly, I don't know your money situation but all of those are extremely over priced. You can get the same experience for much cheaper somewhere like Jamaica and the all inclusives in Jamaica include all water sports, and they have the perfect clear water.Hawaii or Caribbean?
